Aprés ski and alpine atmosphere in Kals on the Grossglockner

The Figolalm is a place to feel good within the Großglockner Resort – the largest ski resort in East Tyrol. From the top station of the Figol lift you’re only a few metres away from the idyllic mountain hut on the edge of the forest. At an altitudeof 1777 metres above sea level there is quite a unique atmosphere. Soak up the view of the surrounding 3000m summits through the large panorama windows. Or make yourself comfortable in the rustic hut with a hot chocolate.

Alpine hut atmosphere meets exclusive culinary delicacies

The host Karin and her team turn every visit to the hut into a special occasion for their guests. Whether it’s an Aprés ski party or family outing – everyone will find their happy place. For alpine connoisseurs there is a choice of exclusive culinary delicacies and drinks. At the Figolalm we only serve regional products. The drinks menu also impresses with selected local specialities.

Der Ort ist klein und einladend, sehr gut gebaut und authentisch. Leider hat das Personal an diesem Tag nicht wirklich aufgepasst, weil ich und ein anderer Tisch zur Theke gehen mussten, um etwas zu bestellen, aber trotzdem ein schöner Ort, den ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen würde P.s. : Der Eigentümer hat angegeben, dass es sich um ein Selbstbedienungslokal handelt. Ehrlich gesagt war mir das nicht klar, vielleicht habe ich es einfach nicht gesehen.

Wir waren zum Fine Dining auf der Figol. Es war ein toller Abend mit sehr ordentlicher Weinbegleitung. Dinner war rein vegetarisch, was den ein oder anderen vielleicht nicht so anspricht, aber wundervoll zubereitet und mit sympathischen Ansprachen vorgestellt. Auch sonst in die Figol immer einen Besuch wert, da es in der Woche ab und an DJ oder Live Musik gibt. Es bewegt sich was in Kals und das ist wundervoll.

Nette kleine Hütte mit Loungemusik. Nicht überfüllt mit schönem Ausblick. Direkt an der Endstation Figolsessellift. Bis Mittags Sonne danach leider im Schatten.

Inzwischen eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Alm. Die Getränke sind gut und man kann auch mal einen Snack zu sich nehmen. Der Blick ist sehr schön. Auch der Service ist super und wir kommen gerne wieder.
